May 2020 Live Zoom Classes

Classes are invite only, so simply send me a request via here, with the class(es) you are interested in, along with your email. I will then forward you the appropriate invite(s). 

Slow Yoga Flow:  This is an all levels to intermediate Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga.

  • Sunday's at 1:00 - 2:00 PM 
  • Tuesday's at 10:00 - 11:00 AM 
  • Wednesday's at 5:30 - 6:30 PM

HIIT Training: High Intensity (low impact) Interval Training - FULL Body FAT Burner.

Chair Yoga: Stretching, balance and strength yoga postures for all body types and ages.
