Classes are by invite only, so click here, to request the class(es) you are interested in taking, along with your email. I will then forward you the appropriate invite(s). 


Chair Yoga: Stretching, balance and strength yoga postures for all body types and ages.

Slow Yoga Flow:  This is an all levels to intermediate Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga. Class incorporates deep stretching, flowing moves and balances to strengthen and calm the mind, body and soul.  

HIIT/Yoga: High Intensity (Low Impact focus) Interval Training - This Class is a Full Body Fat Burner, followed by Yoga and Deep Stretching.
